At Niblock Homes, we take great pride in what we do – we make every effort to ensure the highest level of quality in every home we build. But building is a complicated process, and we are realistic enough to recognize that you may find some imperfections as you settle in. Niblock is prepared to correct all warrantable defects so that your new home experience is a positive one.
 

To make the warranty process as simple for you as possible, we have included several resources which will help you to determine how to proceed based on the type of problem you have. Before submitting a Warranty Request to Niblock, please review this information. Use the tabs on the right to find out more about the following resources:

Warranty Process

60 Day Warranty Check-up:  At the Home Presentation meeting a Niblock Warranty Technician will set an appointment for a Warranty Check-up, approximately 60 days after closing. At this time the Warranty Technician will conduct a walk through of your home to confirm that the new home delivered to you is preforming to our standards.

1 Year Warranty Check-up: At the 60 day Warranty Check-up the Warranty Technician will set an appointment for the 1 year Warranty Check-up, approximately 10 - 12 months after closing.

Niblock Warranty: After both Warranty Check-up appointments have been fulfilled, all warranty requests should be submitted using Niblock’s Warranty Request Form.
