Builder's Story

In 1979, three brothers — Frank, William and Marc Niblock — founded Niblock Development Corporation, and began a tradition of home builder excellence. This tradition is strengthened by ideals like integrity, value, fairness and quality. These qualities combine to form the foundation of Niblock Homes, and are what guide our business today.

Born and raised in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, the three brothers share a commitment to building a better quality of life for everyone across the Carolinas. It’s not so important that they grew up here, but that they live here now. Their families face the same challenges, have the same concerns and share the same goals as you.

Niblock Homes is a proud Habitat for Humanity provider. Every other year, the staff of Niblock Homes — with the help of suppliers — constructs a home for a deserving family through the Habitat for Humanity program.
